We are in the process of hiring Technical Support agents (Freshers) and we have scheduled a selection process on Saturday, (Apr 24^th, 2010). We hereby invite your family members, friends and acquaintances that match the requirement for this walk in. Following are the details.

Requirement:

• Experience: 0 to 1 yr in Voice based Technical support profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in night shifts(Mandatory)

Job profile:

• Take inbound international calls
• To assist international users with technology problems over the phone in a timely manner so that they can perform their job and be productive for the firm.
• Direct resolution of the problem or escalation to another team as the case may be.

The eligible candidates can directly walk-in for the selection.
