Position: Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer / Team Leader / Project Leader Academic Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science / Engineering / Science Skills Required   Essential: 4 to 8 years of extensive Real Time Project experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS and DB2. Willingness to re-locate - Domestic / International. Desirable: IMS DB/DC, PL/I, Assembler, IDMS, Natural, ADABAS, REXX, CLIST, Cool:Gen. Soft Skills: Good in Communication, interpersonal skills and Team management. Good business acumen and experience in Client Management. Should have knowledge in quality process and project management techniques.
