Specific Responsibilities Include: •Architecting GT Nexus supply-chain visibility, execution and procurement solutions. •Designing and developing all required software components •Developing unit tests for various software modules •Maintenance of existing GT Nexus software products •Performance analysis and tuning of GT Nexus solutions Job Requirements: •7 years of software development experience. •Proficient in Java and related Java technologies like JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC etc. •Proficient in HTML and Javascript. User Interface experience is required. •Proficient in SQL and query tuning. •Knowledge of Internet protocols and Web based application development •BS/MS in CS/EE (or equivalent experience) •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Experience with any of the following is a plus: •Building hosted Web applications •XML •Applications Servers (BEA Weblogic, Sun NetDynamics) About us: Build a comprehensive set of global trade and logistics software solutions, invest in the global infrastructure and service provider connections to support those solutions, then deliver the entire platform as a service, over the Web, for a fraction of the cost -- and none of the risk -- of traditional supply chain software.
