We are looking for multiple experienced Systems Analysts who thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, can-do environment. To be successful in this role you must have a sense of urgency, be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment, and be a highly organized self-starter capable of prioritizing multiple important deliverables.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Must combine a good understanding of business systems and information technology, taking ownership, and a strong sense of urgency. Must be able to effectively and independently communicate with clients as well as internal team members and set/manage expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
Analyze the user's business needs and document the requirements using industry standard methodology (e.g. Swimlane flow diagrams, User Stories, Wireframes, Infomaps).
Translation of the information needs into system requirement specifications.
Analysis and mapping of custom format file feeds to standard data elements and table structures ensuring data integrity and validations.
Analyze reporting requirements, match with existing reports and create requirements for new reports.
Own selective technology partner/vendor relationships and work with them for effective delivery of solutions.
Analyze, scope and own client data conversion initiatives.
Assist with software QA and UAT. Write test cases and perform testing of user interfaces, batch processes and file loads. Write SQL and simple PL/SQL to verify data and help with client certification.
Required Skills
Strong analytical skills for technical problem solving. 5 to 7+ years relevant requirement analysis experience in areas like backend database development, web application development, data interfaces, implementations and data conversions.
Must be organized, detail and process oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations with clarity in written and graphic form.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal business users as well as clients.
Ability to be flexible and work with various team members on multiple projects or initiatives.
Strong RDBMS SQL skills (Oracle preferred).
Basic Oracle PL/SQL or equivalent stored procedure/function/package writing skills required.
