Ltd Job Designation :    System Engineer Qualification :    B.Tech/B.E.  Experience :     6-8 Year Job Description :     Provision of both strategic and tactical technical expertise and support to 3Com sales, partner sales & end-customers  Duties and Responsibilities: Provide both strategic and day-to-day technical expertise and support for accounts/customers in the assigned territory Develop strong technical relationships at the highest levels within the account(s). Proactively manage the timely, accurate and quality delivery of 3Com products and technical support to this strategic account as required  Work with the Account Manager to identify, qualify and develop opportunities within the account. Develop technical expertise within the account by delivering leading edge technical presentations and training on 3Com products. Conduct product trainings on a periodic basis to end customers and partners Provide timely feedback to 3Com APR SE Manager/product managers to help drive customer-focused solutions. Drive 3Com's technical leadership and innovative solutions in strategic opportunities to meet sales and business objectives. Act as a primary technical support for Beta sites. Contribute to the development of account plans with the national sales team and leverage the account plans to further achieve business and revenue objectives.
