Job Responsibilities Include Supervising the usability and navigability of all applications and streamlining the front fabric of all web products. Allocating resources among team members & guiding team members during the project, till final delivery. Interacting with the project managers and the team for client requirements and change requirements. Adapt with the usage of Flash programming (Action Script) for developing WBT, Application, CBT, and companion website. Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project to the client. Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner.
