This position is about creating websites and applications (Yes - the same stuff you spend all day browsing!) This will include creating web sites and applications for specific customers or customer segments and even some cool applications for Facebook.
Desired SkillSet:
The position will need to have good programming skills. (Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML and an interest in developing cool applications will be an added advantage)
